1. About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the Auri Energy and Cetus Platform public websites, operated by Auri Energy Limited. They cover browsing the websites and using their enquiry, demonstration and cabinet-requirement forms. Separate quotations, contracts, licence terms and installation policies govern the supply and operation of products and services.

2. Using the websites

You may use the websites to learn about our technology, evaluate a business requirement and contact us. Please provide information you are entitled to share. Do not interfere with the websites, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, send deceptive requests or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the service and its users.

3. Content and intellectual property

Auri Energy materials, software, designs, text, images and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. You may view the public material for legitimate evaluation and reference. Access to a public website does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected material beyond what the law or an express licence permits.

4. Your submissions

You retain rights in the material you submit. You authorise us to use it to review and respond to your request, maintain the associated administrative record and perform agreed follow-up, as described in the Privacy Notice. This is not a grant to publish your confidential project information or use it for unrelated advertising. Please submit accurate contact details and only material you are authorised to provide.

5. Requests, requirements and orders

A website reference confirms that a submission has been received for review. It is not acceptance of a sales contract, an approved electrical design, a quotation, a reserved delivery date or authorisation to use a customer network. Equipment selection, configuration, pricing, delivery, support and acceptance criteria are agreed separately. These public forms do not take card payments or provide a public checkout.

6. Product information and illustrations

Descriptions introduce the functions and intended applications of our technology. Hardware renders, example networks, application screenshots and conceptual landscape images do not establish a customer deployment or a certified installation. Technical ratings, protocol profiles, protection responsibilities and acceptance requirements must be confirmed for the proposed installation. Website content is not a substitute for qualified electrical engineering, protection design or operational authority.

7. Availability and external services

We aim to keep the websites useful and current, but content and availability may change. Links to other websites or separate Cetus applications are subject to those services’ own access and policy arrangements. A public website link does not transfer a user session, grant a licence or provide access to another operator’s database.

8. Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, public website information is provided for general evaluation without a guarantee that it will meet a particular project requirement. The responsibility, warranties and remedies for supplied products and services are established in the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply in your jurisdiction. A separate signed agreement may provide different provisions for the products or services it covers. These terms do not restrict your right to contact a competent data-protection authority.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the public websites and their functions. The revision date identifies the current text.
