Cookie Policy
The browser storage we use, the choices you control and how to change them.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar rules can apply to other browser storage, including local storage. These websites currently use local storage for the choices described below; our website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
2. What is essential
The record named auri-public-cookie-consent remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional preference storage. It contains the policy version, an essential-storage flag, your preference choice and the time you made it. It has no visitor identifier, contact details or advertising profile. We use it to respect your decision and avoid asking on every page. Accept and reject decisions are remembered for the same period, up to 180 days.
3. Optional theme preferences
The auri-public-theme entry remembers the light or dark appearance you select. We read and write it only while there is a valid permission to remember preferences. When you accept optional storage, the current appearance can be remembered. When you reject optional storage or withdraw permission, the saved theme is removed. You can still use the theme button without permission; the change then applies to the current page. Old cetus-website-theme preference entries are removed when optional storage is rejected.
4. Analytics, advertising and third parties
No analytics or advertising service is enabled by the Accept optional button. These categories are not currently used, and we do not load embedded third-party maps. Fonts, product images and videos are served with the websites. Following an external link opens another service governed by its own policies. If we introduce an optional service in future, we must explain it and obtain the required consent before it starts.
5. Your choice and withdrawal
The first-visit banner provides Reject optional, Accept optional and Manage settings. Optional theme persistence starts off. Browsing, contact requests and demonstration or cabinet submissions do not depend on accepting optional storage. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Rejecting optional storage removes the saved theme and leaves essential consent storage active.
6. Duration and separate websites
Choices expire after 180 days or sooner if the policy version changes, the record is invalid or you clear your browser storage. Theme preferences are used only during a valid consent period. Each website stores and reads choices within its own browser origin; we do not synchronise consent through cross-site tracking. A choice on Auri Energy does not automatically become a choice on Cetus Platform. Private browsing or disabled storage can mean you are asked again on a later visit.
7. Browser controls
You can also clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings. Clearing the consent record causes the banner to appear again. If browser storage is unavailable, the websites still work, but your choice cannot be retained between visits. Clearing a browser record does not delete a request already submitted to us; use the privacy-request form for questions about those records.
8. Questions and updates
For questions about storage or information handling, use the privacy-request form or write to the address below. We update this policy when the storage used by the public websites changes. The Privacy Notice explains how information submitted through forms is handled.
